Job position: shop manager.

Responsibilities
- Manage selling and customer service activities in assigned experience center and train retail advisors service delivery procedures to optimize and sustained sales performance, profitable and customer satisfaction
- initiate and manage relationships with internal and external customers
- Liaise with the distribution team to ensure maintenance of optimal stock levels in assigned experience centre.
- Facilitate the provision of after sale support to customers
- Facilitate the conduct of periodic stock counts and perform spot checks to ensure minimal occurrence of stock losses
- Ensure proper maintenance of all equipment and fixture in assigned experience center
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, security and energy policies and procedures
- Prepare or compile agreed periodic activity and performance report for the attention of the manager regional retail sales.
Qualification and skills
- Minimum of a first degree or equivalent in any discipline.
- 3 and 5 years direct relevant post NYSC work experience preferably in a service
