Responsibilities:
As a Cellsbridge personnel, provide strong, effective support to the downstream business in roles with a range of accountabilities that may include:
Strategy, Planning, Appraisal and Reporting
-Coordinate business planning and budgeting process, delivering effective input and overall financial integrity of the business plan
-Ensure targets are linked to business strategy and there is clear understanding of business run rates, latest estimates, comparable benchmarks, etc.
-Develop and deliver timely, transparent and commercially insightful analysis and management information, enabling the business to track and drive progress to performance targets
-Elevate financial discussions with the business to influence and drive business performance and value creation, with particular focus on cash flow growth
Leadership
-Articulate the role of leadership as part of the business strategy
-Support the business in understanding cost drivers and provide management information that creates the cost transparency to drive business improvement
Provide finance support to contracting and procurement process
Qualifications and Requirements:
-Must possess a Degree preferably with a science background.
-Computer literacy with proficiency in the use of word is essential.
-Must have good and friendly personality coupled with excellent communication skills.
-Strong attention for details
-Excellent organization skills
-Problem solving skills
-Ability to prioritize.
