Position description
Working under the supervision of the team lead, implement
new configuration changes to fincle10.2 product utilizing the program
configuration management plan and
procedure
-
Develops and implements
configuration changes to improve the overall efficiency of system processing
.
-
Follow standard technology using department tools ,documentation and knowledge
to maintain configuration control of the documentation, work product, soft ware
and firmware.

Responds to request and direct
with appropriate sense of urgency
-
Keep accurate reporting record records.
-
Provide quality and timely support
and assistant to customer to resolve problems
and issues in area of expertise
-
Answer questions and address issues
in a clear conscious and timely manner

Is fully able to understand design configuration and how it relate to
system configuration
-
Analysis product correction of deficiency,
changes and new system enhancement has approve by change control board to
ensure there meet program and business best practice standards

Willingly expand knowledge by
taking continuing education classes in the area of job responsibility
